The brewhouse is Pacific Brewing Sytems equipment purchased from Rocky Mountain Brewing Company in Anaconda, Montana. Rocky Mountain Brewing Co. was a popular brewpub in Anaconda but short lived because of unscrupulous business partners.
Rocky Mountain Brewing Co.'s loss was our gain as the brewing system lives on to continue to make tasty beer! The brewhouse is a 5 hectoliter (approx. 4.25 barrel) steam heated system. Fermenters are 5 hl and 10 hl allowing for double batching.
